Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of sales and customer service experience, as well as previous sales management experience. Responsibilities and Expectations Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the table. Have the drive to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials Oversee Sales Associates Have experience handling administrative tasks including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting. Have a great personality and excellent interpersonal skills Responsible for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets, converting prospects, upgrading appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service. Maintain the utmost cleanliness and soothing ambience of the premises. Ensure high customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, and resolve service complaints. Ensure compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Hire, train, supervise, develop, mentor all team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures. Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards and crush sales goals.
