The Opportunity
The Arizona team is seeking talented litigators to join as Associate Attorneys.
The role offers flexibility to focus on one or more of the following areas—depending on your background and interests—with the chance to gain early case ownership, trial exposure, and client-facing experience:
Positions are available in the firm’s Phoenix and Tucson offices , with flexible hybrid or fully remote options (in-office presence required only for hearings, depositions, or trial).
Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and provide timely updates
Draft persuasive legal briefs, pleadings, and dispositive motions
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed
Build client relationships while contributing to the firm’s collaborative and supportive culture
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and admitted to practice in Arizona (or pending admission)
1+ year of civil litigation experience in Commercial, Employment, or General Liability (experience in all three areas not required)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Trial experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 , commensurate with experience
