We are seeking a caring and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and help support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism.
Position SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant works under the supervision of nursing and medical staff to care for residents and ensure their safety and comfort during daily activities. This position is essential in providing personal care and supporting our residents' overall quality of life.

Provide resident care based on individualized care plans (ADL assistance, mobility, positioning, feeding).
Complete routine rounds and check on residents regularly.
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration, intake/output).
Assist with transporting residents to activities, appointments, and therapies.
Document care provided and report changes in condition to the nurse immediately.
Support resident activity programs and promote engagement.
Stock supplies and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Completion of an approved nurse aide training program.
Annual TB test and 12 hours of annual training required.
CPR certification required.
Ability to read, write, and complete resident documentation clearly.
Must be physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and assist with resident transfers (with equipment or team assist up to 100+ lbs).
Compassionate attitude, patience, and ability to work well with elderly residents, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's.
