Join our Team as a Dental Hygienist at J. Street Dental!
J. Street Dental Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established 3-doctor practice. With 12 operatories (6 dedicated to hygiene), our team is committed to maintaining the highest standard of care while fostering collaboration, growth, and strong patient relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide preventive oral health care and patient education to support overall wellness.
Perform routine dental cleanings, take necessary radiographs, and conduct oral health assessments.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records with excellent communication skills.
Collaborate with doctors through co-diagnosing and team-based care.
Participate in weekly hygienist meetings to support continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Active license as a Dental Hygienist in the state of California.
Laser certification required.
Strong patient communication and education skills.
Comfortable with patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.
Knowledge of infection control and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:45am-4:45pm.
