Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient practice management and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, implementing fiscal management strategies.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support in their roles.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dental office management and medical administrative support
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems, HIPAA regulations, and dental terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in budgeting and fiscal management
• Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Eaglesoft
• Experience in supervising staff and managing human resources within a medical or dental setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.74 - $30.00 per hour
