Elaia Spa – Massage Therapist (On Call) Summary Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of Elaia Spa as an On Call Massage Therapist at Hyatt at Olive 8. This role is in a LEED‑certified hotel and focuses on eco‑friendly practices and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional massage and body treatments, maintain high standards of customer service, and communicate effectively with guests. You must have appropriate certifications and be available to work a flexible schedule. Pay The hourly rate ranges from $16.66 to $18.01. The starting rate is $16.66/hour. Colleagues with four years or more at Hyatt receive a higher rate of $16.99/hour; lead clinicians may receive $17.66/hour or $18.01/hour. On‑call colleagues are not eligible for the four‑year rate. Additional compensation comes from service charges, gratuities, commissions, and shift differentiation.
