• Manage targeted advertising and content strategies across social media platforms.
• Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Use marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with an emphasis on running email campaigns.
• Strong in marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in decision-making and takes initiative.
• Builds relationships effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated with a desire to take full ownership of projects.
