We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process for salaried positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, possesses strong technical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and has a passion for identifying top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for salaried roles.

• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics to ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Prepare offer letters in alignment with company policies and employment regulations.

• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams by providing consistent updates and feedback.

• Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract candidates with relevant experience.

• Leverage recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring operations.

• Assess candidates' technical skills and credentials to ensure alignment with role requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably for technical or salaried roles.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies across various recruitment platforms.
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
• Knowledge of offer letter preparation and compliance with employment regulations.
