Job Description

Our client is seeking an Insurance Document Associate to join their team. As an Insurance Document Associate, you will be part of a team of 12 contractors who work on front end shipment of insurance contracts to policyholders. This position is open in both their Franklin and Downtown offices.

Job Title:  Insurance Document Associate

Location:  Franklin, WI 

Pay Range: $16/hr

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for opening, evaluating, acknowledging, and distributing mail in support of an assigned business unit
• You will report information to the underwriter, verifying required information and completing associated forms, responsible for identifying when to raise problems/exceptions to the Team Leader or Manager
• Receiving and slotting mail for distribution; sorting and delivering print-outs
• FedEX sorting and distribution
• Assisting as needed with Electronic Document Conversion
