Overview A top global law firm is seeking a Lateral Conflicts Analyst to join its Office of the General Counsel team. This role focuses on evaluating and resolving conflicts related to incoming lateral attorneys and staff, ensuring compliance and smooth integration. This role can sit in Boston, NYC, D.C., Houston, or LA. Base pay range $95,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Review and manage conflicts questionnaires for lateral attorney candidates. Analyze conflicts reports, identify potential issues, and escalate for further review when needed. Summarize and communicate conflicts findings to sponsoring attorneys, recruiting, and OGC leadership. Collaborate with attorneys, Conflicts staff, and the Ethics Committee to resolve matters efficiently. Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu). Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services firm Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
