Responsibilities and Duties of Leasing Agent Answer incoming calls professionally Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads Outreach to prospective tenants Show & lease apartments Help prospects find the right apartment home Interact with residents & take work orders Follow up on apartment leads Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager Yardi experience is preferred, but not required Qualifications And Skills Of Leasing Agent Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills Organized & Punctual Weekend Hours (Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM) $20/hour, plus commission on leases
