Job Description

Arrow Real Estate is a San Diego based real estate company specializing in three areas: investment, asset management, and redevelopment. These three core focus areas allow real property to be a dynamic investment tool, providing diversification within our clients investment portfolio. We manage commercial, residential, and HOA properties throughout San Diego County. We focus on high quality service and care for mixed-use and multi-family properties. We believe in real estate as a powerful investment tool that can bring together community, sustainability, and profitability. Requirements: 2+ years of residential or commercial property management experience in lease negotiation and administration. A minimum of one year experience in a customer service-related industry and one year residential leasing experience, OR a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience is preferred. Applicants for the job must have a car and be willing to visit properties as needed. A California real estate license is Required. Experience using property management software AppFolio or a similar property management software. Spanish speaking is a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize Job Responsibilities:The job of the Leasing Agent will include working with a team and individually on daily tasks and annual projects related to property management, leasing, and maintenance, including, but not limited to: Leasing and Contractual Agreements: Conducting showings, reviewing applications, and drafting leases. Property Inspections Tenant Move-in/Move-out. Rental Evaluations & Marketing Campaigns Posting Notices Rent Collections: Monthly rent receivables. Delinquencies: Collecting past due rents, maintaining communication with tenants and landlords Maintenance/Repairs/Remodeling: Ensuring work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion and communicated regularly to tenant and landlord Resolving Tenant Complaints: Addressing and resolving tenant issues. Special Projects: Assisting with various projects as needed.
