Marketing/Social Media Coordinator – Russell Bruce Hubbard MD Inc.

 

Russell Bruce Hubbard, MD Inc. is a growing outpatient private psychiatry practice located in San Diego, California. We provide an integrated mental health care model specializing in diagnostic evaluation, medication management and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

 

We provide high quality care to our patients by creating a nurturing environment, staying current with research and providing medication management and advanced interventional treatment options.

 

By combining psychotherapy resources, medication management and TMS, we achieve treatment outcomes that exceed those with medication or psychotherapy alone.  Our TMS practice has grown steadily since 2018, and we are the highest volume provider of TMS in San Diego County. We are a national expert in the provision of TMS for treatment resistant depression, anxiety and OCD.

 

Job Overview


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and bring new patients to our practice. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content across various channels.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analyze patient leads, sources and report trends related to new patients to the practice
  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies targeting our referral base (e.g., primary care physicians, mental health providers and medical groups).
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Perform SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Analyze and manage keywork campaign strategies in online advertising platforms such as Google Ads
  • Analyze web analytics using tools like Google Analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, public relations, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms' algorithms and advertising options (e.g., Facebook Advertising; Google Ads).
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in content creation including photography and video editing.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools to track performance metrics.
  • Ability to conduct market research and apply findings to enhance branding efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
  • Experience in medical setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00 - $30.00/hour DOE
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 120 hours (3 weeks) accrued annually.
  • 10 Paid Holidays Off: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas + 2 additional as determined by the practice.
