Seeking individual with extensive experience in Real Estate Development and Finance.

Position includes the following:

• Development experience and working knowledge of projects starting from a Pre-development phase to full Development completion. Involved with the above is communication and working relationships with the participating Government agencies i.e., Dept of City Planning, City Planning Commission, Local Community Boards, Local Council persons Office, Mayors Office. Interaction with Land Use Attorneys, Architects, investors and Lending agencies. Experience required.
• Expertise financing sources with combinations of equity, bond financing, conventional debt and public subsidies.
• Assembling financing for development projects. Projects include mixed-use commercial and residential rentals, homeownership, senior housing and rehabilitation or distressed assets, and able to perform Feasibility Analysis.
• Experience with re-zoning and U.L.U.R.P. process.

Must have full knowledge of:

• Articulate
• Good in Math and skilled in Excel
• A/P A/R GL in Reviewing Monthly Report

Required:

• College degree
• 10 years minimum experience
• Annual Salary: $125,000 to $150,000
• Must have vehicle
