Responsibilities include:
Answering phones, taking messages
Assisting salespeople with filing and checking the status of orders
This administrative support position includes supporting the purchasing team with paperwork, credit approvals, management support, receiving of special orders, billing out and receiving transfers, setting up RTV's, and receiving PO's.
Qualifications:
Candidate should be organized
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Be reliable and willing to learn
MS Office experience
Industry experience a plus
A+ experience a plus
