Premier Dental Center located in Boerne, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team full-time . We have a new dentist joining us soon and are in search of an RDA with a strong commitment to patient care who excels in a team environment and has a drive for continuous improvement. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:15 AM -5:15 PM


Rate: $22-$25/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients into the office - make them feel at ease
• Prepare patients for treatment and exams
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Keep the operatories clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Assist with ordering dental supplies and keeping track of dental supply inventory

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
• Active Registered Dental Assistant License in the state of Texas
• X-Ray Certification required
• CPR/BLS Certification required
• Strong computer skills - Denticon experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
