A well established Dayton area industrial business is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to:

• Perform recruitment activities including social media, ad placement, community outreach, contact community agencies, job fairs, and other recruitment activities:
• Provide a strong social media presence for hiring activities;
• Conduct interviews;
• Conduct Orientations and On-boarding;
• engage in employee engagement activities.
• Other HR Related Duties.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

• Strong social media knowledge and be be tech savvy;
• Had or looking to obtain general Human Resources knowledge and experience;
• Strong General Computer Skills;
• Excellent Communication Skills;
• A Professional Demeanor;
• Previous experience in human resources or a staffing position preferred.
