We are seeking a Systems Integrator to provide customer support. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to a mission center. The position requires deep knowledge and experience with the Customer field environment. The individual will assist in managing and facilitating daily activities and actions required to support Customer field locations/sites. Required Qualifications Serve as the focal point for all office actions and data calls. Create and coordinate responses to assigned actions and taskings, following through to completion; consolidate responses into a single comprehensive reply. Extensive knowledge of client communication and messaging systems (cables, ememos, ticketing systems, etc.). Knowledge of field communications. OCONUS travel experience. Support strategic planning and technical efforts within the Center, contributing to Sponsor programs and projects. Support and represent the Sponsor in mission planning efforts. Develop and present briefings and status reports. Leverage experience across the Center, Group, and external offices. Create, update, and review documentation, deliverables, and briefings. Draft and disseminate corporate communications with the Sponsor. Perform administrative duties for the office and personnel (system access, vault access, employee check-in/check-out, etc.). Track procurement and logistics needs for the office and field, coordinating with relevant teams. Provide high-level tracking of budget and funding. Desired Qualifications Experience as a Senior Staff Communications Officer. Experience managing Field Tactical and Operational Communications systems and procedures. Experience in war theaters. Budget experience.
