A private family in Las Vegas is seeking a highly organized and experienced Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of their local residences. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, discretion, and strong leadership skills to ensure the household runs seamlessly. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage staff, vendors, and projects while anticipating the needs of two principals. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the residence, ensuring a smooth and efficient household Act as the primary point of contact for the family regarding household matters Supervise and schedule household staff, providing leadership, training, and quality control Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers; ensure projects are completed on time and to standard Maintain household manuals, calendars, and inventories Monitor property systems (security, HVAC, AV, maintenance) and coordinate service as needed Manage household budgets, expense reporting, and vendor contracts Develop and maintain household manuals, procedures, and vendor lists Oversee scheduling of family travel, events, and household activities Handle purchasing, household supplies, and inventory control Run errands and assist with personal and family projects as required Provide support with pets as needed (feeding, vet visits, scheduling care) Ensure security systems, communication tools, and household technology remain up to date and functional Requirements 5+ years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role in a private household Proven leadership skills with experience supervising household staff and vendors Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication skills; tech‑savvy and proficient in digital organization tools High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to changing household needs and schedules Schedule: Full-time schedule with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed Compensation: Up to $175K based on experience Location: Las Vegas, NV #J-18808-Ljbffr Pocketbook Agency
