REQUIREMENTS

0-1 Years of Experience in IT Staffing Strong experience in US laws and sourcing through different channels Strong understanding of technology Past experience in technical screening Excellent ability to work with job boards and social media (Google Search, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Github, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, etc.) Good understanding of the latest trends in the Talent Management space Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of the Recruitment Life Cycle and Candidate Tracking Tools is a plus EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree and/or an MBA Additional Information Note: Please share an updated Word copy of your resume.
